Brio Spa
Los Cabos

OVERVIEW
The Brio Spa at The Vidanta Los Cabos has a lot of room to improve, but served its purpose. A small, but uncrowded corner of the resort. Not much nicer than a standard city gym or even airport lounge. Nevertheless – the spa and gym fulfilled its purpose.
While uncrowded during our stay, I would recommend calling in advance to make reservations when the resort is busy. The space is quite small and fills up quickly.
GYM

Limited dumbbells, a smith machine, and a couple nautilus machines. To round everything out there are a couple stationary elliptical and bikes available.
SPA

I generally enjoyed the spa by myself but the biggest distraction was LUKEWARM WATER. The spa and showers were never really “hot”. While normally the desert sun of Cabo doesn’t necessitate a super hot spa, HOWEVER in December it’s nice. Â
On a positive note, the dry sauna was very nice and loved the cold plunge.
MASSAGE

I peeked into the massage rooms and longed for something a bit more for the price. Ended up opting for massages on the beach in Cabo San Lucas above the Sand Bar.
